Tiago: Rapid Hose provides a critical emergency service that is vital to the operations of construction sites and industrial and manufacturing businesses. When a hydraulic hose busts on a piece of heavy equipment, the site is brought to a standstill costing time and money. The Rapid Hose technology provides an innovative platform to construction, heavy equipment rental and industrial businesses providing comprehensive field reports and dispatching abilities.
SMB: What inspired you to franchise your business?
Kerri: We identified the lack of franchise opportunities in our specific service-based industry and knew that our fully developed systems, proprietary software and strong brand presence would allow us to grow at scale.
