Danae joined the SMB team in spring 2026, bringing a strong background in sales development and strategic growth. She works closely with the team on business development, client engagement, sales and lead generation initiatives, and a wide range of sales and marketing functions that drive brand growth.
Prior to SMB, Danae worked at Oracle within the sales department, where she focused on lead generation, pipeline development, and consultative outreach. Her experience in a fast-paced technology environment strengthened her ability to communicate value, build meaningful connections, and drive measurable results.
Danae also worked in Hawaii as a manager for a newly opened franchise restaurant. In this role, she helped launch operations, oversee staff, drive local marketing efforts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment. This hands-on leadership experience sharpened her operational expertise, adaptability, and passion for team development.
Danae earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Notre Dame, with a concentration in Sales and Marketing. She is passionate about helping businesses grow and building strong, lasting client relationships.
Outside of work, Danae loves to travel and explore new places. Fun fact- she has been to 39/50 states! When she’s not planning her next adventure, you can often find her on the golf course enjoying time outdoors.
