Jack joined the SMB team Fall of 2025, supporting franchise growth initiatives across sales, business development, and internal operations. As part of the sales team, Jack works directly with prospective franchise candidates while also helping support the systems and processes that drive franchise development.

Jack plays a hands-on role in CRM management, lead workflows, automation, and reporting—ensuring the sales team has the tools and visibility needed to operate efficiently. His work bridges client-facing sales efforts with backend execution, helping translate growth goals into scalable, repeatable processes.

With a strong interest in entrepreneurship, sales, and technology, Jack brings a systems-driven mindset to SMB and is focused on helping franchise brands grow with clarity and efficiency.
